Returns & Refunds
Stock boxes
Unused, resalable stock boxes can be returned within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return delivery is the customer's responsibility (or drop off at our shop). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
Custom & printed orders
Custom-cut, printed, or made-to-order boxes are produced specifically for you and are not returnable, unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
